Cookie Notice
This notice explains how Servavo uses cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar technologies.
Last updated: May 11, 2026
1. What cookies and local storage do
Cookies and local storage help websites remember information in a browser. Servavo uses these technologies for necessary product functions such as owner login, secure checkout redirects, customer carts, and showing order status after a customer returns from Stripe.
2. Necessary technologies
Servavo uses necessary cookies or storage for authentication, security, fraud prevention, cart recovery, order status, checkout routing, and service reliability. These are needed for the app to work correctly and cannot be fully disabled inside Servavo.
3. Third-party providers
Clerk may use cookies for owner login and session security. Stripe may use cookies or similar technologies for checkout, fraud prevention, payment security, and connected-account onboarding. Convex and Vercel may use operational technologies needed for hosting, realtime communication, and service security.
4. Advertising and analytics
Servavo does not currently use third-party advertising cookies. If analytics, advertising, or optional tracking tools are added later, this notice should be updated and additional consent controls may be needed depending on where users are located.
5. Browser controls
You can block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. If you do, some Servavo features may not work, including owner login, cart recovery, checkout return handling, and customer order status on the same device.
6. Contact
Cookie questions can be sent to support@servavo.com. Replace this contact email with your official support email before public launch.
